Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Definitions

“Company”, “we”, “our”Sophus Technosol Private Limited, registered at Durga Complex, 2nd Floor, #38/1, 3rd Cross, Sahakarnagar G Block, Bangalore – 560 092.

“Customer”, “you” – any natural or legal person who places an order on our website.

“Normal Shipping” – surface or air-courier service selected at our discretion, with no guaranteed transit time.

“Fast Shipping” – expedited service under Clause 4.2.

2. Dispatch Commitment

2.1 Processing time. All in-stock items are packed and handed over to the carrier within two (2) business days after we receive full payment, except where Fast Shipping applies.

2.2 Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays in Karnataka.

2.3 Partial fulfilment. We may split an order into multiple parcels at no extra charge; each parcel will receive its own tracking number.

*Fees cover picking, packing, materials, insurance under Clause 6, and courier charges.

4. Service Levels

4.1 Normal Shipping – dispatch within two business days; delivery times follow the carrier’s standard network schedule, typically 3–7 working days, location-dependent.

4.2 Fast Shipping
a. Eligibility: order placed and paid before 16:00 IST on a business day;
b. Dispatch: same business day;
c. Delivery target: generally within two (2) working days thereafter to serviceable PIN codes. However, our promise is limited to shipping the order out on the same day or next day as per applicable order cut-off times.

4.3 Exclusions. Remote locations, out-of-delivery-area PIN codes, oversized/heavy consignments, courier delays due to unavoidable circumstances, or other carrier-related delays may not qualify for Fast Shipping. We shall not be liable for such delays. We will assist and track the shipment until delivery.

5. Carriers

We engage only nationally recognised courier companies, including but not limited to Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, FedEx, and Ekart, and reserve the right to select the carrier best suited to your destination, shipment weight, and product category.

6. Risk of Loss & Title

6.1 Title transfers to the Customer upon full payment.

6.2 Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon the earlier of:
a. delivery to the address provided; or
b. delivery to the first carrier.

6.3 We insure all parcels up to invoice value. Claims for transit damage or loss must be lodged with us in writing within 48 hours of the tracking status showing “delivered”.

7. Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts

7.1 You are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable address, including a valid phone number.

7.2 If the carrier makes two (2) unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel may be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping will be at your cost.

8. Delays & Force Majeure

8.1 The delivery timelines in Clause 4 are best-effort estimates.

8.2 We shall not be liable for delay or non-delivery arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to customs or governmental interventions, strikes, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, pandemics, or carrier network disruptions (“Force Majeure”).

8.3 In such cases, we will, at no extra charge, use reasonable endeavours to track, expedite, or re-route the shipment.

9. Inspection & Acceptance

9.1 Please inspect the package upon receipt. Visible damage, tampering, or product shortages must be reported to the carrier and to us immediately.

9.2 Signing the Proof of Delivery without notation constitutes prima facie evidence that the goods were delivered in good condition.

10. Modification of Policy

We may amend this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time by posting the revised version on our website. Changes apply to orders placed after the effective date of the revision.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
