Any laptop. Two 4K screens. One cable.
4KEX100-BYOM lets a guest laptop take over the meeting room from the table. One Cat 6A cable carries two 4K@60Hz displays, USB 3.2 for the room camera and speakerphone, Gigabit Ethernet and 100W of laptop charging up to 100m.

Know what connects where.
Connection overview. Check the requirements below for the exact ports, cable type and supported operating mode.

Bring your own meeting
The room’s camera, speakerphone and screens appear on the guest laptop as local devices, so Teams, Zoom or Meet run from whatever machine walks in.
Make sure it fits your setup.
Use shielded Cat 6A or Cat 7
The full 100m range is rated on Cat 6A U/FTP or F/FTP cable. Lower-grade cable shortens the distance.
Install the DisplayLink driver
Dual-display output uses DisplayLink. Install the free driver on each laptop before the first meeting.
Laptop USB-C needs data
The laptop’s USB-C port must support data and charging; a charge-only port will not carry the room devices.
From unboxing to connected.
Mount TX and RX
Place the transmitter at the table and the receiver behind the displays.
Run one Cat 6A cable
Connect TX and RX; plug the 20V adapter into the transmitter.
Connect the room
Two HDMI displays, the camera and speakerphone go to the receiver.
Plug in and present
Guest connects USB-C; select the room camera and audio in the meeting app.

What is a dual-monitor KVM extender?
It extends two HDMI video signals plus USB over a single Cat cable, so a laptop at the table can drive two displays and room USB devices far away.
Can I connect webcams and speakerphones?
Yes. The USB 3.2 Gen1 ports support cameras, headsets, speakerphones and storage, not just keyboards and mice.
What is the maximum resolution?
Up to 4K@60Hz 4:4:4 on each of the two HDMI outputs.
