Control a PC 100m away, with zero lag.
4KEX100-KVM moves the computer to a rack or server room and keeps the screen, keyboard and mouse at the desk. HDBaseT 2.0 carries HDMI video, four USB 2.0 ports, audio and RS-232 over a single Cat 6 cable.

Connection overview. Check the requirements below for the exact ports, cable type and supported operating mode.

Zero-latency HDBaseT
Uncompressed HDBaseT 2.0 transmission means no visible delay between a mouse movement and the screen — ideal for control rooms, classrooms and signage PCs.
Make sure it fits your setup.
Point-to-point, not networked
This extender runs directly TX to RX. It does not work through an Ethernet switch — use 4KIP100-KVM for that.
USB 2.0 bandwidth is shared
Keyboard and mouse always work; high-bandwidth devices such as webcams share the USB 2.0 link, so connect only what you need.
Straight-through cable
Use a solid Cat 6 or better cable terminated to T568B at both ends for the full 100m.
From unboxing to connected.
Connect the PC
HDMI and USB from the computer to the transmitter.
Run the Cat cable
One Cat 6 cable from TX to RX, up to 100m.
Connect the desk
Display, keyboard and mouse to the receiver.
Power once
Plug the 12V adapter into the transmitter; PoH powers the receiver.

A little clarity before you buy.
The USB devices are not working — what should I check?
Confirm the transmitter’s USB cable is connected to the PC, try another USB port, and test the device directly on the PC.
No picture on the display?
Set the EDID DIP switch to 4K30 or 1080P, check the display input and confirm the Link LED is solid.
Does the receiver need its own power?
No. One-way PoH powers the receiver from the transmitter’s adapter.
