eShare C30 is a table-side dock for small meeting rooms. Connect a laptop or room PC by USB-C or HDMI and it puts your screen on the room display in 4K while passing the room webcam and speakerphone through to the same computer for bring-your-own-meeting calls.

Share in 4K with a single cable
Plug in the presenter’s laptop or the room PC and the screen appears on the display at up to 4K@60Hz 4:4:4. The C30 detects a new source and switches to it automatically, so nobody hunts for an input button.
Bring your own meeting
Three USB 3.0 ports connect the room’s 4K webcam, speakerphone or other USB devices. The same USB-C (or HDMI + USB) connection carries them to the computer, so Teams, Zoom or Meet use the room’s camera and audio.
A clean table, a secure connection
Mount it under the table with the included brackets and self-drilling screws; single-sided cabling keeps runs tidy. Lockable USB-C and HDMI cables stay seated through a day of plugging in and out. CEC turns the display on and off with the meeting.

USB-C must carry video
For single-cable use the laptop’s USB-C port must support display output (DisplayPort Alt Mode). Charging-only or data-only ports will not show a picture — use the HDMI input instead.
HDMI input needs USB too
When connecting over HDMI, also connect the USB cable so the webcam and speakerphone reach the computer.
A dock, not a wireless system
C30 is a wired table dock. For wireless screen sharing, pair it with an eShare W-series base and D-series dongle.

Mount the dock
Fix the C30 under the table with the included brackets and screws.
Connect the room
Run HDMI to the display and plug the webcam and speakerphone into the USB 3.0 ports.
Plug in to present
Connect the laptop by USB-C, or HDMI plus USB; the picture switches automatically.

In the meeting app, select the room camera, microphone and speaker.

A little clarity before you buy.
Do I need to install software?
No. The C30 is plug and play on Windows and macOS — no drivers or apps.
Will the room camera work in Teams or Zoom?
Yes. USB devices on the C30 appear to the connected computer as normal USB camera and audio devices; select them in the meeting app.
Can two laptops be connected at once?
Only one source is shown at a time. When a new source is connected, the C30 switches to it automatically.
