Work mode. Game mode. Your desk, connected.
Bring a work laptop and a desktop PC to the same pair of monitors. iDock B10 combines display switching, fast USB expansion, wired networking and laptop charging, so changing computers becomes a button press instead of a cable swap.

Connection overview. Check the requirements below for the exact ports, cable type and supported operating mode.

Two screens, with the limits made clear
The desktop HDMI and DisplayPort paths support up to two 8K 60Hz displays or 4K 165Hz. On the USB-C laptop path, plan for up to dual 4K 60Hz or a single 4K 120Hz display. Your GPU, operating system, monitor inputs and cables must support the chosen combination.
Make sure it fits your setup.
Laptop video
Use a USB-C port with DisplayPort Alt Mode. Two independent laptop displays require compatible MST support; macOS mirrors the two external outputs on this connection.
Desktop wiring
Connect HDMI, DisplayPort and the USB host cable. A single desktop video connection cannot supply both independent monitor paths.
Display behaviour
B10 supports G-Sync, FreeSync and VRR with compatible equipment. It does not provide EDID emulation; display windows may rearrange when switching.
From unboxing to connected.
Check the computers
Confirm video outputs, USB host connections and the supported display count.
Connect the displays
Match the labelled monitor outputs to the display inputs using suitable cables.
Add your peripherals
Attach keyboard, mouse and other devices; connect the specified power supply.
Select and configure
Select a computer, then set resolution, refresh rate and display mode in its settings.

A little clarity before you buy.
Will my laptop output 8K on both screens?
The advertised dual 8K 60Hz maximum applies to the desktop inputs. The USB-C laptop route is specified for dual 4K 60Hz or one 4K 120Hz screen with suitable hardware.
Can one screen show each computer?
B10 switches the shared workspace to the selected computer. It is not a matrix for assigning one display to each computer.
Will 100W replace my laptop charger?
It can supply up to 100W to a compatible USB-C charging laptop. A laptop that needs more power under load may still need its original charger.
