A meeting room that is easy to share.
eShare W50 gives a shared room a central place for wired and wireless presentation. Connect the display and supported USB meeting equipment once, then choose the input and sharing method that suit the presenter’s device.

Connection overview. Check the requirements below for the exact ports, cable type and supported operating mode.

Give guests a choice of connection
Use the supported wired inputs, AirPlay or Miracast, or pair the matching eShare D10 casting accessory. Wired input supports up to 4K30; D10 wireless casting is up to 1080p30.

Let the screen arrangement serve the meeting
W50 displays one source on its HDMI output. It is a straightforward fit for a meeting screen or projector when simultaneous multiview is not needed.

Understand how the room USB devices are shared
For a USB camera, speakerphone or touch connection, use the wired USB host path: USB-C, or HDMI together with the USB host cable. D10 provides wireless screen casting; it does not wirelessly carry the room’s USB camera and microphone.
Make sure it fits your setup.
Choose the matching dongle
eShare D10 is a separate accessory unless the selected offer explicitly includes it. Dongles are not universal receivers and must be paired with a compatible base.
Host and app support
Check the presenter device’s wired video or wireless casting capability. Protected content and operating-system restrictions can limit screen sharing.
Plan the complete room
Displays, cameras, speakerphones and the conferencing computer are separate equipment. Confirm the required display timing and USB device support before installation.
From unboxing to connected.
Prepare the room
Connect the compatible base station to the display and room peripherals.
Choose a connection
Use the supported wired input or pair the matching wireless dongle.
Share your content
Connect the presenter’s device and select the required sharing mode.
Check meeting devices
In your meeting app, select the intended camera, speaker and microphone.

A little clarity before you buy.
Is a casting dongle included?
Only if the selected product offer explicitly says it is a bundle. The compatible dongle is otherwise a separate accessory.
Does screen casting automatically share the room camera?
No. Screen casting and USB conferencing are different functions. W50 requires the wired USB host connection for the room peripherals.
Does it run Teams or Zoom by itself?
No. The meeting application runs on a compatible computer. The base connects the room display and peripherals to that workflow.
